If you are on our mailing list your information will be solely used for keeping in touch with you about our events via email.

Any anonymous technical data that we collect whilst you use this website will be used to make sure we are supporting the right browsers and devices and posting our articles at times that are suitable to our audiences geographical timezone.

Where we process your data

If you have subscribed to our newsletter your data will be stored with MailChimp for the purposes of keeping you updated on our events. MailChimp are located in the USA and is compliant with the EU-US Privacy Shield framework and has a GDPR compliant privacy policy.

All other data processing is within the UK.

How long do we keep your details

Any information related to our mailing list will be kept until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive any more emails from us. Please contact us via the details below if you wish to be removed from our mailing list or simply ‘opt-out’ by using the ‘Unsubscribe’ link in one of our emails.
